This advice is from a source that I consider very reliable. If you are using IE10 you need to either upgrade to 11 or switch to Chrome of Firefox until this is fixed. I am currently using IE11, Chrome, and Firefox on both Windows 7 and 8.1 with no problems other than a rare occasional browser crash.
